Access Flash! S.H. Figuarts Hyper Agent Gridman Revealed!

Joining the likes of Ultraman, Kamen Rider and Super Sentai in the premium S.H. Figuarts “Shinkocchou Seihou” line is a digital hero who gained newfound fame after his anime debut in 2018!
Hey all, Sean here once again, and we’ve got a pretty special reveal today, so, without any more delay, let’s access flash!
Last Friday, @t_features, the Twitter account for Tamashii Nations, posted a teaser for an upcoming product reveal set for April 26th. The post, which you can see below, was clearly alluding to a new S.H. Figuarts, with a not-so-obvious hint of which character it would be, and now, after a long wait, we finally have the reveal!
The figure is the S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Gridman from the 1993-1994 Tokusatsu series “Denkou Choujin Gridman”! Now, people of the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers generation may recognise Gridman as “Servo” from the American adaptation of Gridman, “Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad”, and anime fans may recognise him from the 2018 anime series “SSSS.GRIDMAN”.
As someone who has watched all three of these shows, and has been waiting for Bandai Tamashii to take a crack at Gridman again, this figure being a Shinkocchou Seihou means we can expect an extra level of quality, which you can also see in my showcase of the Shinkocchou Seihou Ultraman.
The promotional images show that the figure comes with a Grid Beam effect part, as well as Gridman’s sidearms, the Thunder Sword and Barrier Shield, as well as their combined modes, the Lightning Thunderbolt Sword, and the Thunder Axe.
Personally, I am very excited for this figure, and can’t wait to add it to my ever growing S.H. Figuarts collection.
The figure is scheduled to release in January 2025 and will retail for 11,000 yen.
