Time to pump the brakes for one more Boonboomger Minipla! Shift gears to the evil side with Boonboom Killer Robo!
Good day, everyone! Scott here with another awesome Boonboomger Minipla reveal. Earlier this month, you may recall me mentioning the EX Minipla set was going to be the “last” Boonboomger Minipla… Turns out that was wrong, but don’t shoot the messenger (me) as I only merely pass on the sacred scribing from the Bandai Candy Blog. On the other hand, it still is the final Boonboomger Minipla… for retail sale!
We have one more to come via Premium Bandai and that’s the Boonboom Killer Robo!!!

Boonboom Killer Robo for those behind (like me) or curious about Boonboomger, Boonboom Killer Robo is the dark reflection of the Boonboomger Robo; the Hashiriyan’s giant robo used to even the playing field against our heroes.
I will admit, I did have some doubts of this one getting a Minipla release, as I would have assumed it to release earlier. Regardless, it’s more Boonboomger Minipla to enjoy before the seasons eventual end!
Without further ado, lets dive on in!!!

We start with the ‘core’ of the mecha in Boonboom Killer Trailer! Like the Boonboom Robo, Killer Trailer makes up a large portion of the main mecha. Most of the components are near enough the same as it’s heroic predecessor; While the Bandai Candy team make no mention of the Boonboom Killer Trailer having a ‘gate’ mode, I reckon it’s very possible.
Again, I’m still behind on my Boonboomger episodes so no idea if Killer Trailer utilises a gate mode within the show but I still reckon the Minipla could or should but I digress.

Of course, it transforms! Like I said, Boonboom Trailer makes up the ‘core’ of the mecha, so much that the transformed state looks eerily similar to our beloved Bundorio Bunderas albeit with a tinge of evil.
Like Boonboom Wagon and Off-Road before, comes their evil counterparts…

The very creative names of these two vehicles are Boonboom Killer Wagon and Boonboom Killer Off-Road! Personally, I really dig the Black and Orange combo of Killer Off-Road more than the Boonboomger variant. The all-brown fecal colour scheme of Killer Wagon is a bit less appealing in my opinion.
Put them together and you get….

The complete Boonboom Killer Robo! Giving Boonboomger a taste of their own medicine!

Here’s one last look at the unique intimidating details present in the Boonboom Killer Robo. Boonboom Killer Robo comes equipped with their “Killer Missile” and “Killer Drill” to bring devastation to our heroes.

Don’t forget to make some awesome poses for play or display among your Boonboomger collection or create insane combinations with your Boonboomger Robo and ByunByun Mach Robo. We would love to see some silly and/or crazy Minipla combinations in our Facebook or X (formally Twitter) comment sections.
While short and sweet, that’s all for now. The Premium Bandai Boonboom Killer Robo Minipla is due to release on Japanese shores in March 2025. No doubt we’ll likely get a better look later in time. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on any future updates!
