All aboard for a final look at the last SODO Gotchard! Rise once more for another preview of more CHODO Alpha!
Hello everyone! Scott here with another SODO Sunday for you to digest as you look back on this week’s toil. In today’s iteration, we have a few previews for this months releases; more specifically SODO Kamen Rider Gotchard #7, CHODO Alpha Ultraman #10 and CHODO Alpha Ultra Monster #2.
With that said, lets make haste…
SODO Kamen Rider Gotchard #7
With Kamen Rider Gotchard now approaching it’s final episode, it’s both bittersweet and a bit ironic that this month sees the release of the final main SODO Kamen Rider Gotchard set! Shed no tears as Gotchard makes an appearance in SODO Kamen Rider Gavv #1 and beyond perhaps?
So, lets get a look at the contents of this set! Is this a great set to cap off Gotchard’s season? I hope so!
We start off with the ‘star’ of this set: Platinum Gotchard! Kamen Rider Gotchard’s Super form features a nice mix of white and gold with many (many) stickers to replicate some of the suits finer details. Like any rider super or final form, expect a lot of stickers!
What’s also important to note here is that the antennas of this form are made with PVC to preserve its sharpness!
All aboard for the next figure: Iron Gotchard! Hotaro fuses with the Tenliner using a forbidden technique to create this form.
As you can see in the final image, the train arms can indeed be removed to recreate the ‘Iron Knuckles’ special move!
Don’t ‘dread’ this addition to the set! That’s right, Kamen Rider Dread returns in SODO Gotchard #7 in their ‘Type 3’ form! Despite being heavily armoured, there’s still a great range in articulation for all your posing desires.
Parts are also included to combine with their ‘Type 0’ form from SODO Gotchard #6 should you want to recreate…
‘Type 1’ or ‘Type 2’ Dread forms! If you want all forms simultaneously on display, you’re gonna need to get yourself three Dread ‘Type 0’ figures!!!
A strong breeze rolls in to give us Kamen Rider Wind! Despite their very limited appearances, the Bandai Candy Team have made sure to include them in the lineup!
The robe pieces around the shoulders and chest are made with PVC to retain its shape while posing without restriction.
The final addition is a ‘gorgeous’ one with Kamen Rider Legendary Legend! Legend comes with his Legend Riser, his belt in its native and blank forms and many (many) well produced card details in sticker form. Take your time putting this one together!
Allow Legend to borrow the abilities of…
Kamen Rider Decade!? That’s right! With this additional accessory, you can apply to existing SODO Kamen Riders to replicate Legends ability to transform similarly to Decade himself.
Stickers are included for the driver with the respective Legend Rider Chemy Card. Whether this is just for Decade and Den-O or if they have one for every Heisei Rider is beyond me at the moment. A blank one will be included also which may be ideal if you plan to put this accessory on many different Rider figures.

CHODO Alpha Ultraman #10
Straight off the bat we have current season hero, Ultraman Arc! This is of course one of two versions of Arc as he’s included in CHODO Alpha Ultraman #11 too! This version in particular comes with the Arc Eye Sword!

Arc’s ‘Solis’ and ‘Luna’ Armour forms!!! You don’t wanna miss out on this set if you’re looking to recreate moments from the current season!
Next us is UltraSeven! Seven comes with an alternative head without the Ice Slinger and a separate Ice Slinger piece! You can even recreate the father/son team up with Ultraman Zero from CHODO Alpha #6!
Make an impression in your collection with Father of Ultra! His Father shot is included but his Ultimate Blade comes from the included expansion pack!
Lastly, we got the iconic Special Air Unit No.1 Sevenger! An adorable figure on its own, Sevenger comes with their rotating Iron Fist and Power Pipe! The expansion pack gives the alternative eye pieces to recreate different emotional expressions!

CHODO Alpha Ultra Monster #2
First up is Eleking! The antenna pieces on its head are capable of rotating and they come with an alternative tail piece to lock-in any unfortunate Ultraman (Seven) they may battle!
Next up is King Joe! A fantastic paint job and great range of motion allows you to pose him in a variety of duels with any unfortunate Ultraman (Seven) who crosses his path!
Next is the Metron Alien, produced with some clear parts and well produced shiny slimy flesh! Take them to Earth to battle any and all Ultraman (Seven).
Lastly is Bemstar! Bemstar comes with an alternative head to recreate their flying mode! Not shown here but the pink tummy piece is removable should to you want to attach Bemstar to any candy toy compatible harness for play or display!
