It’s time to get wild with the next SHODO Super Sentai set! Make more room in your belly for some tasty Kamen Rider Gavv reveals!
Hey everyone! Scott here with another SODO Sunday to bring you the latest in the candy toy reveals and we have some really “delicious” additions to get you hyped for the new rider season: Kamen Rider Gavv. On top of that, the Bandai Candy team have graciously revealed to us the second and third Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger SHODO Super sets! What could be in that?
Lets nibble our way through todays updates…
SHODO Super Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger #2
Coming at us hot is SHODO Super Kyoryuger Set #2 with only three members as opposed to the Set #1 which includes the main five team members. This may be divisive to fans who may have wanted the extra five members as their own set. Hopefully this method won’t stop you from achieving a full roster!
Lets start with the official ‘sixth’ member of the team: Kyoryu Gold! As always, the stunning trademark SHODO attention to detail is here. A nice gold shine applied to the base of the figure. Weapons for each character are included as per usual as we see here with Kyoryu Gold’s Zandar Thunder!
Next up is Kyoryu Violet! The female version of course. I doubt the Bandai Candy team have any plans to release the male version. I’m sure some slick customisers out there will attempt it. She of course comes with her Gaburevolver and Gaburu Cannon!
Lastly is Kyoryu Silver. One of my personal favourite designs among the full team roster! He come with his Giga Gaburevolver and Feathered Edge Sword!
Here’s one last look at the entire team in Set #2 as well as all the accessories included. Plenty there that I haven’t mentioned but stay patient, for all will be explained in time!

SHODO Super Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger #3
To complete the entire team roster, you’ll need Set #3 here! On top of that, they’re giving us Kyoryu Red Carnival!
First up is Kyoryu Cyan!
Then we have Kyoryu Grey!
And the main prize of the set: Kyoryu Red Carnival mode. This form utilises almost an entirely new mould compared to the standard Kyoryu Red in Set #1. But that’s not all…
You also get the necessary pieces to recreate the Gabutyra De Carnival!
You also get the mini Gabutyra in its cute pretransformed state! You can have him interact with the team or perhaps King-Ohger, if you own the YUDO set!
In Set #2 you’ll have noticed pieces I didn’t mention. Now I get to reveal all! With those pieces and some in Set #3, you can recreate various modes for Kyoryu Red Carnival such as Kyoryu Red Samba Carnival…

Plenty of combinations and accessories that the larger-scaled toylines would never give you! Hats off to the SHODO team for once again coming through with such range and attention to detail.
Here’s a look at all the accessories contained within Set #3 You’ll notice there’s a couple of new hand pieces within this set.
Those are there in order to… Brave In!
Now you can recreate the transformation state. Unfortunately, with only two of these hands included, you can’t recreate an entire team transformation. It’s a nice hand option to have nonetheless.
Obtain all three sets to recreate one of the biggest team rosters in all of Sentai (and Power Rangers) history!
Though it looks like Kyoryu Navy will NOT be coming to this line! Which is a shame for any hardcore completionists out there!

Now its time to leave Sentai behind for now and focus on…
SODO Kamen Rider Gavv #1
Yes, that’s right! We’re talking about SODO Kamen Rider Gavv Set #1 again. Rather, we’re updating the roster with a scrumptious addition: Secondary rider “Kamen Rider Valen”.
If y’all remember from last time, there was one character space blacked out and another completely blank, hinting at the possibility of two yet to be revealed additions to the first Gavv SODO set. Well, now the team have revealed one of those.
The character has just been revealed by Toei so it’s nice to know they’re gonna be included in the first set!
Valen will also come with their ValenBuster; their henshin device and main weapon!

Kamen Rider Gavv Chocolate Snack
Also mentioned in the last SODO Sunday, there was the introduction of a chocolate snack that will contain a randomised die-cast Rider figure. One of those characters was blurred out then; today we get to see who it is and….
It’s Kamen Rider Valen! After seeing their suit, it makes sense as not only is Valen a chocolate themed Rider but their armour seems covered in a similar branding to this particular chocolate snack. Talk about product placement!
Of course, like all the others, they’re will be a more rare ‘Gold’ variant! Will you be lucky enough?
Roster Revealed! How awesome are these little things? I need Sentai to do something similar please!
These will also be releasing NEXT MONTH and yes, they can indeed be ordered! These will come in cases of 14 packs and once they’re gone, they’re gone!
