New and Final Forms for Kamen Rider Gotchard and Kamen Rider Legend Revealed

In between all the Sentai news and Phase 3 Chemy Card reveals of the past week, we also got some information on Gotchard’s next form and the Chemy responsible for it! Meet TenLiner, and join Ethan for a look at some of the leaked forms that will come after.

While we don’t know the full context of this new guy, I’ve seen it speculated that its an evolved form of Steamliner in a similar manner to the Daybreak Chemies having evolved to have a more fire theme. As you can see, the TenLiner figure splits open allowing it to attach to the Gotchard Driver and when combined with the TenLiner Chemy Card and the Warptera Chemy Card, Hotaro (and you at home) will be able to access a new form: Iron Gotchard.

Earlier this month, the same source I’m getting all of these images from shared this sketch of Iron Gotchard. Looking side by side with the official image from the packaging, I think we can agree its on point.

“Why did you share that Ethan?” Well, reader, it’s so that when I share this sketch they shared shortly after all the official toy information of the full Iron Gotchard form you will know its probably accurate. Shortly after this, a second more detailed sketch came out as well.

This form seems to be bolstering giant, train themed knuckles covering the full forearms in a similar way Zi-O’s Fourze Armor did, except, unlike those rocket arms, these are huge, according to the sketch. From the packaging, we know it will be sporting a very good looking blue/black with a gold trim colour pallete which, judging by the helmet, already looks very good, in my opinion.

Beyond Iron

The only other piece of information we can safely assume at the moment is this will likely be a strength focused form. Following the speedy Fire Gotchard and the (probably strong) Iron Gotchard, what could come next? Well, we actually already know: Platinum. Another sketch shared by the same source depicts, what is believed to be, the form resulting from TenLiner and what appears to be an evolved Hopper1, likely called Crosshopper. A new driver attachment is also probable. If I had to speculate, after the Fast Fire Gotchard and the Strong Iron Gotchard, this will be a more balanced, all rounder form. Not quite as strong or as fast as the two before it but not coming with the drawbacks of them either. For more information than this one sketch, a name and my own speculation we will need to wait and see.

Beyond the Rainbow

Finally, we know Gotchard’s final form: Kamen Rider Rainbow Gotchard. Something you might have already realised is that there are currently ten sets of ten Chemies (not counting the Legend Rider Chemies), which only makes one hundred. The reason for this is that Chemy #101 is going to be used to make this form and appears to be a rainbow dragon. My personal theory, that I do not have any real evidence for, is that Hotaro is going to make this new Chemy himself. Additionally, when we found out about Rainbow Gotchard, we also found out about Legend’s powerup form: Kamen Rider Gorgeous Legend. What else would Kaguya name it?! I have to say, I love that it works the Lion theme of his Chemy in, giving him a mane.

That’s all we have for now. Obviously, more updates will be coming to The Toku Source as and when they become available.

Are you hyped for these new forms? Are you looking forward to when they are officially revealed? Do you think I’m right about any of the speculation? As always, I look forward to reading your comments down below. This has been Ethan: writer, reviewer and the thing that’s beyond the rainbow for The Toku Source and I’ll see you next time.

the narrator at the opening of the episode says 101 sure, but that doesn’t mean my Theory wrong. we don’t know if the 101 Chemy is known about in universe or not
