The Kingdom of Agriculture, Tofu, has been revealed as the fifth KingOhger location in Fortnite. The latest release from Toei Zukun Lab adds a new game experience within another country seen in Ohsama Sentai KingOhger, featuring the home of Hachi Ohger.
In this new experience, players will be transformed into Kuroko and take on a new event that features player vs player. The new survival minigame will include falling tatami tiles, a knocked out audience and even flying zabutons. Here is the latest location featuring the Kingdom of Agriculture in the battle royale game.
Ohsama Sentai KingOhger has been blessed by Toei Zukun Lab as they have created extended content for the 47th Super Sentai series. Four locations have been added as gaming experiences that allow the fantastic locations to become a host for fun game modes. So far, the Castle of Shugoddam and three of the six Kingdoms have been added to Fortnite, with a new featured game experience in each. The Kingdom of Tofu was recently teased on social media as the fifth entry for the Super Sentai series, following Ishabana’s debut in December 2023.
KingOhger X Fortnite: Tofu Featuring “TaTami・Sushi・Samurai”
The new game mode has been revealed for the fifth KingOhger island for Fortnite, which will take place within the castle. The home of Kaguragi Dybowski will feature a PVP game experience as players are transformed into Kuroko to be the last one standing. Players will be able to move within a 1:1 square filled with perishable tatami tiles, creating a fun survival experience against other Kuroko players. Many details from within the home of the Tofu Kings will also feature as part of the environment, with the glorious balcony for a splendid view of the giant screen.
This is a great new location for fans of KingOhger to enjoy the home of Hachi Ohger, with many great details included with the engaging game mode. There is a fog obscuring the land below, so it’s a shame that the team weren’t able to add the honeycomb farmland as part of the scene. However, it’s fantastic that characters like the SD Kuroko are featured as part of the game. Plus, it’s great they included the cushions, too, as an obstacle. Considering the details of Tofu and the game experience offered, it’s likely that the lack of additional features is due to the expected limitations of assets in one scene.
It will be interesting to see if Toei Zukun Lab include a game experience for the Kingdom belonging to Spider Kumonos. It’s hard to imagine the location being as grand scale as the other Kingdom, but it’s possible that we could see new additions for the possible scene, like God Tarantulas on the walls. It’s also possible that we may not see the outside of the Kingdom of Shuggodam, as the visually stunning industrial city has way more assets to display than Tofu and N’Kosopa. With roughly a month to go until the 48th Sentai debuts, it will be interesting to see if Toei Zukun Lab continue the extended content trend with Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger.
