The Ohsama Sentai KingOhger DX King Caucasus Kabuto is revealed as an upcoming toy release, along with the 20 Shugod formation for KingOhger.
The upcoming toy was revealed to be the the castle of Shugoddam in the 47th Sentai, which becomes a tank like Shugod with a weapon class partner. The release has already provided the first look at the 20 Shugod formation as the two new additions combine with the others in the line.
Ohsama Sentai KingOhger has begun shifting as Gira takes the throne away from tyrant king, King Racules Hastie. Gira Hastie won his last duel thanks to his fellow Kings and the power of the Ohger Crown Lance. The new weapon also allowed the team to access the 14 Shugod formation, Extreme King-Ohger, which has recently debuted in the series. The last Shugod expected to release in the series was already leaked to be the Castle, which is seen in the kingdom with King Kuwagata Ohger able to awaken it.
DX King Caucasus Kabuto & Guardian Heracules Axe
The final addition to the Shugod line includes the Caucasus Kabuto Castle as it forms the third giant robo of the Sentai series. The DX King Caucasus Kabuto is the robo formation of the castle, which can become a tank mode as its Shugod form. The new robo will also wield the gold Guardian, Heracles Axe, which it uses as the main weapon in the formation. Both new additions will be used to combine with the Extreme King-Ohger to form the God King-Ohger, the 20 Shugod formation Robo.
The form for the God King-Ohger has revealed that the two new additions will combine as parts added to the 14 Shugod formation. This includes the King Caucasus Kabuto forming the lower legs and a new torso, with the new golden Guardian placed underneath the lower God Kumo. This will also mean that God Kamakiri and God Hachi will be housed within the new leg parts. The formation will also include the other four weapon Shugods as they are attached to the God Tarantula legs, found at the back of the robo.
The castle was already anticipated to be a Shugod in disguise so it is great that we finally get that confirmation. The robo is fantastic and the tank mode is a brilliant design that will be awesome to see in the series. The golden axe is a nice touch to complete the formation but it was impressive to see it used under the God Kumo for the new giant robo. The designers of God King-Ohger have managed to perfectly combine many machines without compromising the balance. It will be amazing to get this release soon and see the huge formation when it debuts in KingOhger.
Ohsama Sentai KingOhger DX King Caucasus Kabuto will come with the Guardian Heracles Axe, which will release in August 2023. The new castle robo has already been teased as an upcoming debut in Episode 23 of the 47th Sentai series. More announcements are expected to follow regarding the release date of the toy.
