This past Monday, there was a Power Rangers 30th Anniversary live stream on the Hasbro Pulse YouTube channel, which led to many figure reveals, but what I’m here to talk about is the Lightning Collection Remastered reveals.
Previously, Mighty Morphin Blue and Yellow Rangers were revealed and released in certain regions but, now, the rest of the team has been revealed. Jason, Kimberly, Zack and Tommy will be making their way to the Remastered line later in the year.
The figures look amazing and personally, I was not expecting the reveal to be this soon. The most surprising of them all is that the Green Ranger’s Dragon Shield and armbands are removable, as seen in the images below:
As someone who is a collector of this line, I have a keen interest in these remastered figures and I’m looking forward to seeing the differences between the old and new figures. I did notice, however, that Green has a Blade Blaster, which he rarely used in the show but, hey, that may change on the final release of the product. Red, Pink and Green will be available for preorder on Hasbro Pulse on Wednesday April 19th, the same day that Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once and Always comes out on Netflix.
